Sophie partners with three groups: parents navigating relationships with their Gen Z children, managers leading Gen Z employees, and Gen Z professionals figuring out what's next.
Coaching isn't about being told what to do—it's about asking the right questions, exploring what's getting in the way, and building strategies that actually fit your life. Whether you're trying to understand a generation that operates differently or you're building a career on your own terms, Sophie helps you figure it out.
As an ICF-certified coach, six-figure entrepreneur, and Gen Z herself, Sophie brings both credentials and lived experience to every coaching engagement.
The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as:
“…partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.
We all have goals we want to reach, challenges we’re striving to overcome and times when we feel stuck. Partnering with a coach can change your life, setting you on a path to greater personal and professional fulfillment.”
Coaching is not a replacement for therapy. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Nevertheless, many clients work with a therapist and a coach simultaneously.
Coaching is not telling. While I may offer some ideas and strategies for you to consider, most of our time will be spent with me helping you tap into your own wisdom and insights.
Coaching isn’t problem-solving. It’s about helping you identify what you want, getting clear about why it’s important to you, and creating a timely and motivating strategy for achieving your goals.
Coaching isn’t about fixing yourself or someone else. Coaching is about tapping into your strengths, gifts, talents, assets, resources, values, and ideas to help you create the life and relationships you want for today and tomorrow.
If you're a parent who wants a better relationship with your Gen Z child, wants to support them without micromanaging, or feels frustrated by choices you don't understand—coaching can help.

Sophie is Gen Z and has built a six-figure business. She understands what drives Gen Z because she is Gen Z. She also works daily with Boomers, Gen X, and Millennials—so she knows how to translate across generations.
ICF Associate Certified Coach. Duke graduate with a degree in Psychology. Three bestselling books. She's done the training to back up what she does.
Coaching isn't consulting. Sophie won't tell you what to do. She'll help you figure out what you actually want, what's getting in the way, and how to move forward in a way that fits your life.
If you're navigating a non-traditional career, considering a side hustle, or building something that doesn't fit a job description, Sophie understands. She's never had a traditional job—she built a business at 19 because she knew traditional work wasn't for her
